We can walk the pup(s) if needed; a drop-in visit is for going outside with the pup(s) to use the bathroom, play, and feeding. +$5 per pet One Dog: $25 Two Dogs: $30 Three Dogs: $35 Four Dogs: $40 Five Dogs: $45 Six Dogs: $50 Seven Dogs: $55 Eight Dogs: $60 Holidays +$5 per visit Applies to major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Booking & Deposit Policy ā¢ New Clients: Full payment is required prior to the service date to secure your booking. ā¢ Recurring Clients: Monthly payments are due by the 10th of each month without exception. ā¢ Non-Refundability: All deposits and upfront payments are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ā¢ Notice Requirement: Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. ā¢ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service forfeit the entire payment. Same-day cancellations will incur an additional cancellation fee. ā¢ Approved Exceptions & Admin Fees: In the rare event that management approves a discretionary refund or cancellation credit, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount. ā¢ Service Satisfaction: Partial refunds are only considered after a service is fully rendered, based strictly on verifiable service issues or poor quality.
