we can walk the pup(s) if needed; more so a drop-in visit is to go outside with the pup(s) to use the bathroom, play, and feeding(food). e.g. Dog(s), Bunnies, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Mice, Chinchillas, Sugar Gliders, all reptiles, arachnids, and fish Holidays +$5 per visit Applies to major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).

İptal Koşulları

Booking & Deposit Policy • New Clients: Full payment is required prior to the service date to secure your booking. • Recurring Clients: Monthly payments are due by the 10th of each month without exception. • Non-Refundability: All deposits and upfront payments are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Notice Requirement: Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service forfeit the entire payment. Same-day cancellations will incur an additional cancellation fee. • Approved Exceptions & Admin Fees: In the rare event that management approves a discretionary refund or cancellation credit, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount. • Service Satisfaction: Partial refunds are only considered after a service is fully rendered, based strictly on verifiable service issues or poor quality.
