Booking & Deposit Policy • New Clients: Full payment is required prior to the service date to secure your booking. • Recurring Clients: Monthly payments are due by the 10th of each month without exception. • Non-Refundability: All deposits and upfront payments are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Notice Requirement: Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service forfeit the entire payment.
